So many enquiries come to us through our website and our affiliate websites for Office Space in local areas to Send and around Woking, but not necessarily for Send itself.

After asking many of these people why, generally the reason is many of them don’t even realise Send Business Centre is tucked away here in Tannery Lane.
Many of the businesses enquiring had not thought about the fact that we have better access to the A3 & M25 Airports & London than the areas they have been searching in – such as West Byfleet, Weybridge, Brookwood, Knaphill etc…

About Brookwood:
The village of Brookwood borders the Basingstoke Canal which has a flight of locks. Brookwood Railway Station is on the South Western main line with good commuter services into London.
Across the railway to the south is the village of Pirbright and Princess Royal Barracks, Deepcut is a short distance away to the west. Nearby is the vast Brookwood Cemetery and the former Brookwood Hospital has recently been redeveloped as housing.
The village has a population of 2,416 which has grown over the 150 or so years since the cemetery and station first set roots in the area. Many of London’s dead were buried in Brookwood Cemetery during the Victorian era as the city was over-populated at that time. The cemetery had a small branch line into the cemetery grounds and funeral trains were able to run from Waterloo Station to Brookwood and then along the branch line. This line is no longer used.
